    Chef Brianna’s passion for cooking began at a young age, when she would prepare meals for her family. Two years ago, she decided to turn this passion into a career, becoming a private travel chef—cooking for families and traveling with them to create unforgettable culinary experiences. Alongside her love for food, Brianna has a deep passion for music. Classically trained, she has been playing piano for over six months and has had a love for music since childhood. Melody of Flavors was born from Brianna's desire to combine her two passions—food and music—into a unique experience that brings families together through the art of cooking and music.

  • Taylor yates

    Taylor embarked on her pastry chef culinary journey, specializing in making intricate and delectable cakes. Her skills and creativity in the kitchen led her to pursue her dream of owning her own business. With determination and passion, she honed her craft, mastering the art of baking and creating unique, irresistible cakes. Taylors dedication paid off as she launched her own cake business, Tay Tays Bakery, where she balances running a successful business and caring for her baby girl.

  • Kyle Deschner

    Born in Wisconsin, Kyle Deschner began studying piano at the age of 12. Upon being introduced to the concept of jazz, he found himself drawn to woodwinds. Kyle studied music at the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater, and began performing as a sideman with some of Chicago's leading jazz and blues acts. Kyle started leading his own band in 2017, and currently performs frequently fronting one of the finest jazz and blues groups in the Midwest.

  • Caden Cole

    Caden Cole is a Chicago-based lyric baritone. As an actor, educator, and singer, he believes that nothing has the power to connect people like the human voice. Holding a Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Music Education from Southern Illinois, Caden Cole is an active performer and educator. Most recently, in the operatic repertoire, he has performed the title role in Mozart's "Don Giovanni", Sid in Benjamin Britten's "Albert Herring", and the Cappadocian in Strauss' "Salome". Currently, he studies at the music conservatory of the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University in pursuit of a master's degree in classical voice.

  • Fred Gordon

    Fred Gordon began piano at age 6 and gradually rotated guitar, trumpet, drums, bass, French horn, and many other instruments up until college. He studied music theory, composition, and music therapy at Western Michigan University and organized, wrote music for, led and performed for many ensembles of various genres. Fred also likes to shoot archery, ski, and make jewelry in his free time.
